| Who can benefit from this support website? |
Any teacher who has been using New World Interactive English series to teach English to the students and is willing to enrich the learning experience of the students for a sustained development of language skills. This support site provides easy to use printable materials, such as worksheets, assignments, test papers, lesson plans, etc. to complement classroom teaching.
To use the support website, you need to be a registered user. Once you register with us, we will provide you a user name and a password, which you can use to access the services provided through this site. |

| How can I create a new account? |
| For online registration, fill the registration form and click the 'Submit' button. You can also contact the nearest Macmillan Publishers India Limited regional office and place a request for a new account or you can directly print this form by clicking on the registration form and mail it to us. |

| I have forgotten the login ID. What should I do now? |
If you have forgotten your User Id, you can contact us for help at teachersupport@macmillan.co.in. Please send your full name, e-mail, name of your school and address to us. These details should match the ones you have given to us at the time of registration. You will receive an e-mail with your sign-in information within the next 24 working hours. In case these details are not with you, send an application requesting for a new User Id/Password on your school's letter head to:
